Mr. Orlandi is an experienced litigator whose practice includes complex litigation cases, general litigation matters, and employment law disputes. Mr. Orlandi graduated from Brown University, where he earned Phi Beta Kappa status his Junior year. He attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as a peer advisor, served as an editor on the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law, and received the Earle K. Shawe Labor Relations Award.

After law school and before joining the Firm in October 2015, Mr. Orlandi worked as a commercial litigator for Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where he handled both complex and general litigation matters in state and federal court, and as a clerk for the Hon. Aleta A. Trauger in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, where he gained experience in a variety of practice areas.

Mr. Orlandi was chosen by the Nashville Bar Foundation to participate in the 2014/15 inaugural Young Leadership Forum, and he was nominated by the Nashville Chapter of the Law Association for Women for the 2015 "Good Guy" Awards sponsored by the Women's Political Collaborative of Tennessee. He is an active member of the local bar, including several years of service as a board member of the Nashville chapter of the Law Association for Women, and membership on the Nashville Bar Association's Diversity Committee and Social Committee.

Mr. Orlandi currently resides in Nashville.
