Mr. Kelly litigates a wide range of cases on behalf of the Firm including mass torts, labor and employment, consumer and securities fraud, and antitrust.

Mr. Kelly received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. Mr. Kelly served as the Executive Justice for Vanderbilt's moot court competition and Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review and has coauthored several articles on trends in environmental legal scholarship. During his final year of law school, he was selected to receive the Philip G. Davidson III Memorial Award for service to the law school and Nashville communities by his classmates, and the Carl J. Ruskowski Clinical Legal Education Award by the law school's clinical faculty after arguing on behalf of prisoners' rights before the Sixth Circuit, resulting in the Court overturning more than fifteen years of precedent.
